Wines For the Cellar

After collecting wines for over 25 years both Stuart and I can honestly say that almost all wines appear to benefit from a period of rest in a cool dark cellar. The big question is which wines are best suited to long term ageing so that when they are old and worth a fortune, they are still worth drinking. In 'For The Cellar' we reveal our favourite bottles to age based on price, vintage, its potential to age and past performance of previous vintages. Over the coming days and months, we will continually add wines to the list to help you build your cellar.

Torres Grans Muralles 2001
