Out With The Old

By: Anthony Gismondi
And Looking Forward to the New Year

Happy New Year from all of us at Gismondi On Wine.

Our new site has been a beast to tame but with 24,000 notes and nearly 2000 articles we knew it would take time to get everything in order. It’s all falling into place now and we promise even more cool stuff in 2016. In the meantime sit back and enjoy what’s left of 2015 before it slips away. Treve, Stuart and I have released our 2015 Champagne Annual featuring a long list of champagne you can look through for that special New Year’s Eve bottle; this week Treve chats up David Guimaraens about Fonseca Vintage Port; Allison Spurrell talks cheese and the New Year with Piave Vecchio while over on WineAlign I take a look back at 2015 to see where we are headed in 2016. Of course, we've been recommending one wine daily on Instagram & Twitter all month via our Holiday Survival Guide - and will continue to bring you highlights through to New Year's Day. That’s it for now - thanks for a great 2015 and we will see you all next year.
