GOW lands on a new, faster server

The Week In Review

Some of you have noticed our website has been a little temperamental over the past week.

We've been moving over to a new, super speedy server. Even with the pace of our new landing, it took a few days to move over the massive amount of data on Gismondi On Wine. Thousands of articles (back to 1989) and more than 20,000 tasting notes qualifies as a LOT. Now, we have ample room to stretch our legs for the next 25 years, as well as the speed to get you the data you want efficiently. You'll be noticing a few exciting visual changes over the coming weeks, our next BIG step with this powerful site. Meanwhile, Anthony is off to Australia to host a multi-region Vancouver Sun tour with lucky readers. Watch for his photos and wine adventures on instagram at GismondiOnWine.
