Spring at GOW

By: Anthony Gismondi

Treve is in London tasting at the International Wine Challenge while I hold down the office amid ever-changing cool, wet, sunny, warm, spring weather in Vancouver.

If you are ready to slowly move off those rich winter reds to something just a little lighter and springier, follow along as we post wines to usher in spring. Meanwhile, we are working our way through many of the rosés about to flood the market, hopefully along with some sunshine. If you haven’t noticed, we just passed through 27,000 published wine reviews at GOW, leaving us among only handful of folks worldwide with the depth and experience of tasting every single day. In the coming weeks, we will be launching an additional level of scrutiny to GOW wine reviews, by further noting select bottles as “Real Wine.” Stay tuned for the story, our definition, our hunt for authenticity, and the roll out.
