Menthol, cedar, coffee, smoky oak, meaty, peppery, roasted pepper, tobacco leaf, floral, black cherry aromas. Dry, tight, elegant but slightly lean palate with fresh acidity. Cedar, meaty, leesy, floral, tobacco leaf, savoury, caraway, meaty, cooked carrot, celery salt flavours. Finish is somewhat tart and light with cedar-y tannins but finesse. Needs a few years but lacks some ripeness and concentration.
