The fruit is hand-harvested, de-stemmed and gets 24 hours of pre-fermentation maceration at cool temperatures. Quite light and airy on the palate with citrus fruit and rose petals aromas and flavours with just a touch of spice at the back end. A summer sipper or pair with lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
