Stellenbosch, Coastal Region, South AfricaFresh honey, butter, baked pear, mineral, floral, passion fruit aromas. The palate is elegant but dry with moderate acidity. Grapefruit rind, passion fruit, honey, pear, mineral, nutty lees flavours. Good intensity and lively with some length with a fair bit of bitter citrus rind and alcohol on the finish.
