This is a stunner of a wine, any vintage, and the 2006 is showing beautifully now, with fine flake salts, savoury brown butter lingering on the long finish. AustraliaBaked peach, mineral, butter, vanilla, floral, lime, honey aromas. Rich, round, ripe and concentrated with good acidity and sugar balance. Apricot, hay, nectarine, nutty, honey, orange and cedar flavours. Crisp, elegant finish, perhaps a bit lighter than last vintage.
