Rheinhessen, GermanyYear two for the 'Fritz' label comes with a snappy looking bright green screwcap that looks as fresh as the wine. The grapes are purchased from growers all with vineyards on the Roter Hang or famous red slate soils of the Rheinhessen. Again it is so eminently shippable and crammed full of juicy fresh peachy, apple fruit with a double hit of citrus and minerality. Perfect for Pan-Asian cuisine or even better with barbecued or pull pork dishes. It should keep well under screw cap all year and beyond.
