Gray Monk Pinot Gris 2011

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFriendly ripe and sweet best describes the latest Gray Monk gris. The winery's signature is overtly ripe offering a mix of mineral, red apple with honey, litchi notes. The attack is similar with cherry citrus honey melon flavours. The palate is appealing, if a bit on the sweet side, but this makes it the perfect wine to accompany and cool down spicy, Pan-Asian dishes.Tasted: 20 May 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
