Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesOne wonders when they will head down the Masseto road in Washington State. It's hardly the path for Velvet Devil that brings cherries and milk chocolate to the mix on the nose and the palate but a touch of restraint and wild herbs would be a fine addition. The attack is smooth and round with a penetrating sweet black fruit entry and glossy, plummy, chocolate fruit flecked with cedar and tobacco.
