Pokolbin, Hunter, New South Wales, AustraliaLime rind, lees, toasty cashew, asparagus and green apple aromas with a touch of matchstick and buttered quince. Fresh, delicate, creamy and dry, juicy palate with green apple, jalapeno, gooseberry, lime and nut flavours. A food oriented, greener style in this disastrous harvest for red wines in the Hunter.
