Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFermentation in stainless followed by six months rest in concrete has preserved the pure orchard fruit and fresh acidity, while plumping this medium bodied wine with stony complexities. Bone dry but cushioned with ripe Asian pear, apple, grapefruit and a fragrant orange/strawberry blossom note.
