Comox Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaLight floral, green apple, grapefruit, lemon custard and butter aromas. Fresh, juicy, crisp, round but slightly austere palate. Grapefruit, granny smith apple, light honey, butter, lees and floral flavours. The style is spare, if not austere for some but this is the right road.
