Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFresh, skinny, dry, modern style riesling made for food. The attack is tart and lemony with spare, mineral, stony, chalky flavours. This is the perfect shellfish wine although oysters would be my choice to temper the acidity. Good effort.
