Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

South Australia, AustraliaThere's a few reasons why this wine is so incredibly popular, year after year. Consistency, approachability, availability. Sourced from vineyards in Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale, the cedar, raspberry and mint aromas are echoed on the fruity, palate. Tannins are soft and finely granular, supporting smoked cassis, red currant and some toasted cedar plank. Finishes a bit astringent and certainly hot; best enjoyed with BBQ beef or lamb burgers.Tasted: 31 July 2015Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
