Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA cooler mountainside vineyard near Oliver was the source for the pinot noir and chardonnay grapes in Pink Bub (there is a 375ml Baby Bub out in the world as well). At disgorging, a red wine dosage is added for colour. Tart red and green apples, tight cherry, youthful strawberry and a kiss of sweetness is entirely gobbled up by racy acidity.
