Prince Edward County, Ontario, CanadaOpen waxy, leesy, light baked apple, honey, pear nose with lemon aromas and a touch of reductive garlic lees. The attack is dry and fresh with fine elegance, a slightly oily texture with more spicy lees, baked apple, pear, artichoke, butter, vanilla, grassy flavours. A delicate style with fine intensity and length with a buttery finish. A wonderful dinner wine. Should age well for five to seven years.
