Dominique Piron is the 14th generation winemaker at the family estate. Woodsy, spice notes open, with subtle earthy smoke, dark florals, wild black plum, black cherry, black raspberry laid across a textured stream bed of stones. Tannins are slightly grippy and acids are bright and shining through to a fine peppery finish.
