Singletree Winery Pinot Noir 2014

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSingletree started planting vines in Fraser Valley's Mt. Lehmann in 2011 and opened their wineshop in 2015. This pinot noir was made with grapes sourced from the Okanagan Valley, and by Okanagan Crush Pad / Haywire Winemaker Matt Dumayne. Wet forest, moss, light smoke aromas carry through to the medium bodied palate. Smoked cherry, plum and toasted wood dominate, leaving an impression of youthful rusticity. Pour alongside sauced pork chops and mushrooms.Tasted: 06 November 2015Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
