Haywire Pink Bub Bottle Fermented & Aged 2014

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLess is more at Haywire and this mix of vintage pinot noir and chardonnay from Oliver and Summerland is all that and less. A limited release (100 cases only) that will no doubt disappear quickly from the winery. A syrah dosage darkens the finish and adds a lick of dark berry structure to what is essentially a dry fizz. Brisk acidity carries black cherry, raspberry, green apple and wild strawberry across a light riff of tannins, with earthy lees and a mineral stony finish with an alluring lick of sweet strawberry.
