Carmen Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon Los Quillayes Vineyard 2012
Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileClassic Maipo here from its bay leaf nose to its stony mineral red fruit finish. In between there is a whack of fresh cedar, smoky resiny black cherry fruit with a bit of chocolate, dried crushed leaf and firm but controlled tannin.
