Emilia-Romagna, ItalyThis DOC Romagna Superiore Sangiovese is made with 100 percent sangiovese grosso. From the Nespoli region. This vintage was made with the oldest vines in the Prugneto vineyard planted to the best sites. The fruit is grown on clay soils giving it a soft round character in the mouth. The nose is more old-style with earthy mushroom cherry fruit nuances with similar flavours on the palate.
