Tuscany, ItalyCrognolo (the wild bush) is an oaked aged IGT of predominantly sangiovese 90 with a small amount of merlot 10. The palate is silky with warm, spicy, fruit flavours with a hint of earth. Long persistent red with dark, ripe cherries, licorice and dried herbs. The oak is in balance adding weight and balance to the finish.
