CanadaRosewater, fragrant flowers and fine spice on first whiff - a good sign for Gew. The palate carries the same, atop a bed of pear nectar, mango and candied kiwi. There's a cutting bite of bitterness on a shorter finish, which is readily apparent when the wine is less than very chilled.
