Noble Ridge Reserve Pinot Noir 2012

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaStarting to tire a bit on the nose and showing more oak and alcohol the ‘12 Reserve opens with some black raspberry pie aromas. The structure is full and rich with more red fruit flavours flecked with mint and sage. The finish is surprisingly dry, almost tannic. Needs some time to resolve the tannins that it shouldn’t really have. The Reserve spends 14 - 16 months in French oak.Tasted: 19 July 2016Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
