Spierhead Chardonnay GFV Saddle Block 2015
East Kelowna, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRipe and round and floral, the fruit is sourced from the Saddle Block within the Gentleman Farmer Vineyard. It's thirty percent barrel aged for six months in French oak, with the rest fermented in stainless steel. The palate is concentrated and buttery with lemon curd, honeysuckle and pear butter but all with a resiny, short, warm finish.
