Blasted Church Nothing Sacred 2011

Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA good example why waiting for BC red wines while they age in bottle is usually a good thing. The 2011 Nothing Sacred Meritage is ready to go at five years of age. The nose is a mix of floral, cedar and savoury red fruits with flecks of oak and tobacco. The textures are mostly silky, with rich dark fruit and spicy flavours. Perfect with grilled or roasted meats and or lamb or perhaps a favourite soft cheese. The blend is merlot, petit verdot and malbec.Tasted: 02 August 2016Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
