Region del Valle Central, ChileJuicy, ripe and refreshing, with lime, lemonade, pink grapefruit pith, lemon rind and a riff of peach fuzz bitterness on the finish. Always consistent, and the 2015 vintage nails it again. Juicy and bright, finishing dry, and great with melon salsa and fish.
