Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileLove the bright, intense gooseberry/guava/grapefruit nose with a hint of jalapeno. The palate is juicy with stony, gooseberry, guava fruit and a tight lime/lemon finish. Serve well-chilled as an aperitif or with chicken, bean or seafood salads or cold cucumber soup. The fruit comes off mineral clay soils: Los Boldos (77 percent) and El Centinela (23 percent) estates.
