Liquidity Riesling 2015
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is a mix of two clones grown in Naramata, one crisp and acid-driven while the second full of tropical fruit. Ample lees work is noticed on the nose, a result of regular stirring of the 15 percent wild yeast used in the ferment (it took a while to kick off, but finally went and fermented for seven months).
