Salt Spring Island, Southern Gulf Islands, British Columbia, CanadaVery pale - almost clear in hue, with just the slightest hint of pink. A concentrated nose, with fine savoury herbs, maple bacon and light hints of earthy lees. Beauty spice seasons a gentle core of strawberry sweetness, carried with a wave of juiciness, and hemmed with fine grained tannins and grip on the finish.
