Argiano Brunello di Montalcino 2011

Montalcino, Siena, Tuscany, ItalySangiovese Rosso 10-50 years old is fermented in stainless on the skins for 2-3 weeks before going to cement vats for MLF, after which it spends a minimum two years in oak casks. Supple worn leather, dried red and black plum, red currant rides along a raft of finely sueded tannins, finishing in a wee gully of heat (14.5 percent declared) and with drying tannins.
