Monte Creek Ranch Hands Up White 2015
British Columbia, CanadaThe judges were impressed with the 2015 Hands Up White at the Nationals and nosing the glass you can smell why. The Kamloops-based winery has an enticing fragrant floral nose with a follow-up of exotic, almost tropical, fruit and that savoury BC back end that keeps it all in line. It’s a touch sweet, but use that to work with spicy foods.
