Veneto, ItalyLean and streamline, with herbal pear, crab apple and a light lick of almond. This dry, medium bodied garganega is from the "Classico" hills behind the village of Soave. A slight oil slick of lees lines the palate, though through its stainless-steel elevage and youth this is aloof and a tad severe.
