Chablis, Burgundy, FranceThis is a plot selection of older vines across the Grand Cru of Blanchots. Powerful, potent and savoury, with flint, cracked wheat, toasted popcorn, medicinal lemon, hawthorn, herbal spice, with a swing of honeysuckle and a desiccated pear skin finish. The palate is creamy and broad, but comfortably large boned.
