Burgundy, FranceThis is sourced from Drouhin vineyards and purchased fruit across Burgundy: Bourgogne Nord Auxerrois, Côte d'Or and the Mâconnais. This is split between stainless steel and older barrels for eight months. Yellow apple, green apple, pear and butter are lined with a fine slick of lees and ringed with a salty twist. White florals close out the finish.
