Fairview Cellars Cabernet Franc Premier Series 2014
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSurprisingly ready to drink this 2014 offers a lot of upfront enjoyment. The tannins are round, almost silky, even Saint Emilion-like, leaving exuberant, hedonistic, blueberry/red plum fruit flavours to entice. The style is ripe and warm but with a touch of minerality and complexity across the finish that keeps you nosing the glass and working small sips until your glass is empty.
