Foxeys Scotsworth Vineyard Pinot Noir 2015
Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, AustraliaPlanted in 1998, farmed biodynamically and fermented wild. Lovely black cherry purity throughout this long and vibrant pinot, with pink peppercorns and wild herbal notes seasoning the generous palate. Quite a bit of new oak is used here, but the concentrated fruit absorbs it very well.
