Napa Valley, California, United StatesThis wine has a very peculiar non-Napa vibe, where the nose is muted and aromas of citrus, yellow flowers and honeydew melon seep, rather jump out at you. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks and neutral French oak to preserve the light melon flavours that carry its creamy finish. It’s New World but we like the sophisticated approach here.
