Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaYou can't like them all unless you love that oaky, soft, round, fat style of chardonnay, which according to winemaker Jason Parkes is the way his wife likes her chardonnay – and he made this for his wife. Ms. Parkes you are not alone, but rather than say its an acquired taste I feel as it I should say it’s a mostly abandoned taste. My advice is go funkier with lees, and reduce the new oak.
