This is a delicious, edgy riesling packed full of electric, mineral fruit, bright tropical overtones, big peach and red apple flavours and hints of pastry and baking spices. The plate is slightly zingy with a long, sweet balanced honeyed finish. Try this with spicy tuna, or spicy roasted chicken.
