The Hatch Cabernet Franc 2014

Golden Mile Bench, Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRipe, deep and round, with sweet dark raspberry, dark cherry jam, thorny brambleberry and ample sweet baking spice throughout. This spent 14 months in neutral oak, framing the sun-ripened fruit with supple tannins to a bittersweet chocolate finish.
