Garzon, Maldonado, San José, UruguayWhite flowers and pear aromas lead to a bright and tight palate of green apples and gooseberry gummies. The tight mid-line of zesty acidity carries to the finish keeping this white crisp and clean. The grigio spends three to six months in stainless steel on the lees to add a little extra mouthfeel to counter balance the acidity.
