Unfined and unfiltered, one third savvy whole cluster pressed and time in neutral French oak. Hay, lemon thistle, lees-lined palate, white peach fuzz textures the finish. Incredible texture, snap of citrus pith and oyster shells on the finish. Vibrant piercing acidity.
