Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSimilkameen Valley fruit makes up this full-bodied chardy. Ripe and creamy, with baked apple, hazelnuts, pear and perfumed orchard blossoms. A slick of pear oil coats the creamy palate, one buffered by ten months in French oak.
