Matua Valley Hawke's Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2016

Hawkes Bay, North Island, New ZealandRetasted seven months down the road, and still electric from its full-blown teal coloured label to its zesty, tropical sauvignon blanc flavours. This is a high-tech wine: machine-picked, selected yeast, all stainless-steel fermented in a super fresh style with bright tropical, citrus fruit aromas and flavours. If anything, it is a little riper and richer than the Marlborough version, giving it more mouthfeel. Serve with goat cheese to best effect.Tasted: 13 December 2017Tasted by: Prices:
