Marche, ItalyAurora is an organic farm project shared between five partners that begun in 1979. This is a blend of 50 trebbiano, 25 passerina, 25 pecorino. Oily, pine nuts, lees beds this fresh white from Falerio, in the Marches. Delicate in frame, but concentrated on the palate, with pear, green fig rinsed with bracing acidity. Incredibly well knit, with fine grained texture and great length. Well worth seeking out. Light, clear youthful. Clean and fresh aromatics of white flowers, apricot and peach. Delicate and focused palate with refreshing acidity and an orchard fruit tinged finish. From 25-40 year old vines.
