Abruzzo, ItalyHeady, concentrated wild cassis, sapid blackberry, dried black plum and a layer of worn leather on the medium bodied palate. Tannins are noticeable, but in check with the plump, savoury lined fruit. Youthful still, this best served now with meat-sauced fresh pasta.
