Le Paradou Viognier 2015

Sud de France, FranceIt’s been a decade since this range of wine was launched by the Chaudière family, and the 2015 is likely the best yet. The Paradou vineyards are set at higher elevations and do not face south, giving them a cooler edge. The fruit is aged in stainless steel and sees no oak. The style is fresh with exotic honeysuckle, melon rind flavours and a clean, dry finish. A fine match for seafood, asparagus or roast chicken. Good value.Tasted: 26 May 2017Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
